Hi I’m Marina, and I’ve introduced thousands of people to drumming through workshops, classes and different experiences; wild!
Throughout this time, I’ve pretty much nailed how to get someone from “I don’t know how to drum” to rocking out and having a great time! In fun and interesting ways.
Coming from a South-American background (Brazil) and being raised in a country that doesn’t necessarily include music in daily culture (Australia), I’ve developed an absolute passion for facilitating a pathway for anyone (especially absolute beginners!) to be able to connect with drumming and rhythm, even if it seems out of reach.
Why do I do this? Because its fun and really good for us - the benefits of drumming are multidimensional!
